Steve is also a member of "The David Reynolds Band"
Steve got into bands after more than 30 years of saying "I really should do that".
Joined "Midnight Rain" in Cirencester 1998, later to become "Wild Rockit", and was a founder member of PowerTrain in July 2005.
Influences are the traditional rock bassists of the 60s and 70s such as Jack Bruce, Felix Pappallardi, Paul McCartney and Sting..... It's what you don't play that's important! You just gotta feel it.

Early Japanese Fender/Squier Precision 4 string and Crafter Acoustic.
Peavey XP Mark III Bass Head and 4x10 cabinet. The lower "cabinet" seen on stage is actually a 40 year old Black & Decker Workmate covered with a black cloth, not a 2x12 or heavy 1x15" speaker cab....
Line6 LD150 for those smaller, intimate venues!
